Water Leak Due to Damaged Pipe

When a water pipe leaked causing water damage to this homeowners bathroom and bedroom, SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids was there to help! Our techs discovered wet particle board that needed to be removed along with category 3 water in the carpet and vinyl that needed removal as well.  Because the water damage wasn't severe, the size of the areas needing to be dried were small and confined. During the drying process, our team had to use both a Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier and a Centrifugal Air Dehumidifier. It took about three and a half days for the area to dry out.
